How Can I Pay My Bill?

By Mail

To avoid disruption of coverage, payments must be postmarked on or before the cancellation date.

In Person

You may drop off your payment at:

• Your local agent’s office

• Our office in Statesville, North Carolina

Online

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (credit or debit), and electronic checks.

To pay online, enter:

• Your Policy Number (include one space between letters and numbers — e.g., HO 121212)

• Your ZIP Code

• Your Last Name or Business Name

• Your Email Address (to receive a receipt)

⚠️ If your policy is inactive, online payment is not available. Please contact your agent to reinstate coverage.

Partial Payments

You may:

• Pay the full balance due, or

• Select “Other Amount” and enter a custom amount

Important:

• A $8.00 installment fee applies to partial payments

• This fee is included in installment amounts shown on your bill

• If you enter a custom amount, please add $8.00 to it

• If you don’t include the fee, it will be deducted from your payment first

Return / Refund Policy

• Any unpaid balance will be re-billed

• Overpayments are refunded via check within 10 days of posting

• Refunds are issued to the named insured(s) on the policy
